Still doing the Paleo diet thing; still crossfitting. All is going well.
30 Day Paleo Diet continues
No grains, no sugars, no alcohol, no dairy, lower carbs, lean proteins, lotsa veggies. Some fruit, some nuts. Very low processed food intake.
So far so good. Today is day 5. 25 days to go.
